منذ يومه الأول في ايكيا في أبريل 2016 وحتى قيادته اليوم للبنية التحتية التي تدعم بعضاً من أضخم توسعات مجموعة السليمان، يجسد إبراهيم الهادي رحلة نمو استثنائية اتسمت بالصمود والاحترافية التقنية.
بدأ مشواره كأخصائي في قسم الدعم الفني في المكتب الإقليمي لايكيا، حيث تولّى دعم الفروع والمستودعات في مختلف أنحاء المملكة. هذا الدور العملي شكّل حجر الأساس لمسيرته المهنية، والتي تقدّم فيها إلى منصب أخصائي البنية التحتية لتقنية المعلومات، ثم إلى قائد البنية التحتية لتقنية المعلومات في ايكيا.
اليوم، يقود إبراهيم فريق البنية التحتية والشبكات في مجموعة السليمان، مشرفًا على الأنظمة المحورية التي تدعم شركاتنا كافة، بما فيها ايكيا، فلو، احتراف، صرح، تأجير للتمويل، و سيركل كي.
على مرّ السنوات، لعب إبراهيم دورًا محوريًا في دعم التوسع الرقمي والتحول التقني، ومن أبرز إنجازاته:
- دعم افتتاح 12 نقطة التقاء بالعملاء، ومركزين لوجستيين.
- قيادة تنفيذ أنظمة D365، وOffice 365، وMicrosoft Teams، والبنية السحابية Azure، مما مكّن من بيئة رقمية حديثة وآمنة وقابلة للتوسع.
- قيادة تنفيذ منصة مركز الاتصال Genesys، مما ساهم في توحيد قنوات التواصل وتحسين تجربة العملاء عبر مختلف العلامات التجارية.
- المساهمة في قيادة اتفاقية الترخيص الجماعية الموحدة لجميع شركات المجموعة، بما يعزز الكفاءة ويخفض التكاليف.
ويواصل إبراهيم اليوم قيادة أعمال البنية التحتية لمشاريع استراتيجية مثل معرض ايكيا القادم في بريدة والمقر الرئيسي الجديد لمجموعة السليمان، مع التركيز على تعزيز قدرات البنية التحتية بما يضمن استمرارية الأعمال، والأمان، وتوافر الأنظمة على أعلى مستوى.
دوره لا يقتصر على دعم العمليات، بل يمتد لتمكين التحول الرقمي. من توفير أدوات التواصل إلى ضمان بيئة تقنية آمنة وموثوقة لكل فريق، يساهم إبراهيم بقيادته في رسم الأساس الرقمي لمستقبل المجموعة.

Ibrahim Al-Hadi: Strengthening What Holds Us Together
From his first day at IKEA in April 2016 to now leading the infrastructure powering some of Alsulaiman Group’s most ambitious expansions, Ibrahim Al-Hadi has continuously exemplified growth, resilience, and technical mastery.
He began his journey as an IT Service Desk Specialist at the IKEA Service Office, supporting stores and warehouses across the Kingdom. This hands-on role laid a strong foundation that shaped his rise through the ranks — first as IT Infrastructure Specialist, then as IT Infrastructure Lead for IKEA.
Today, Ibrahim leads the Group IT Infrastructure and Network team at Alsulaiman Group, overseeing the backbone systems that support our family of companies — including IKEA, Flow, Ehteraf, SARH, Taajeer Finance, Circle K.
Over the years, Ibrahim has played a critical role in enabling our expansion and digital transformation, including:
- Supporting the launch of 12 IKEA Customer Meeting Points, and two warehouses.
- Leading the deployment of D365, Office 365, Microsoft Teams, and the Azure cloud architecture, enabling modern, scalable, and secure digital collaboration.
- Driving the implementation of the Genesys call center platform, unifying communication channels and elevating customer experience across multiple brands.
- Helping lead a Group-wide Enterprise Agreement, aligning all companies under one licensing model to improve efficiency and optimize costs.
Currently, Ibrahim is leading infrastructure setup for strategic projects like the upcoming IKEA Buraydah store and the new Alsulaiman Group headquarters, while continuously scaling our infrastructure capabilities to ensure business continuity, security, and high system availability.
His role doesn’t just support operations — it empowers transformation. From enabling communication tools to ensuring robust, secure environments for every team, Ibrahim’s leadership is helping lay the digital foundation for what’s next.
