Developed under Ehteraf’s project management and design leadership, the mall is envisioned as a landmark that seamlessly blends contemporary architecture with the region’s deep-rooted cultural heritage.
The project brings together retail, dining, entertainment, and cultural experiences within a modern architectural framework designed to reflect both innovation and local identity. With a total built-up area of 121,000 square meters on a 93,500-square-meter site, Al Makan Mall will serve as a vibrant hub for the city’s residents and visitors alike—an inviting space that celebrates connection, leisure, and modern living.
Construction began in May 2025 and is progressing according to plan, with completion targeted for July 2026. The project, valued at SAR 192 million, is being executed by Maitham Al Wakeel Contracting under the supervision of Nabil Abbas Architects & Consultant. Ehteraf’s scope covers Core and Shell – Design & Build, ensuring that every element aligns with the group’s high standards of quality, safety, and design integrity.
As of October 2025, the project has reached 29.83% completion, slightly ahead of the planned 29.80%. This milestone reflects the strong coordination between design and site teams and the project’s commitment to maintaining fast-track delivery without compromising standards.
On-site activities are now in full swing, including fire protection system installation, structural steel works, strengthening and core structural works, and MEP first and second fix works. The momentum achieved so far underscores Ehteraf’s precision-driven project management approach and its dedication to timely, high-quality execution.

إرساء معلم جديد في الجنوب: مشروع المكان مول – خميس مشيط
في قلب منطقة عسير، يتشكّل مشروع المكان مول – خميس مشيط ليصبح إحدى أبرز الوجهات العصرية في جنوب المملكة، حيث يجتمع التسوّق والترفيه والثقافة تحت سقف واحد. المشروع الذي تطوره إحتراف بإشرافها الهندسي وإدارتها المتكاملة يُجسّد رؤية طموحة تربط بين العمارة الحديثة وملامح التراث المحلي في لوحة تعكس روح المكان وأصالته.
يأتي تصميم المكان مول ليجسّد مفهومًا جديدًا للتجربة الحضرية؛ فهو يضم مساحات للتجزئة والمطاعم والمقاهي والمرافق الترفيهية والثقافية ضمن بيئة معمارية متناسقة تمزج بين الجمال والوظيفة. وعلى مساحة تتجاوز 121 ألف متر مربع ضمن موقع تبلغ مساحته 93.5 ألف متر مربع، سيقدّم المشروع تجربة متكاملة تعيد تعريف مفهوم مراكز الحياة العصرية في المنطقة.
انطلقت أعمال التنفيذ في مايو 2025 وتسير وفق الخطة الزمنية المعتمدة، على أن يكتمل المشروع في يوليو 2026. وتبلغ قيمته الإجمالية 192 مليون ريال سعودي، وينفَّذ بواسطة مؤسسة ميثم الوكيل للمقاولات تحت إشراف مكتب نبيل عباس للاستشارات الهندسية. وتشمل مسؤوليات إحتراف نطاق التصميم والتنفيذ الشامل لأعمال الهيكل والواجهات، بما يضمن أعلى معايير الجودة والسلامة ودقّة الإنجاز.
حتى أكتوبر 2025، وصلت نسبة التقدّم في المشروع إلى 29.83% متجاوزة النسبة المخططة 29.80%، في مؤشر يعكس كفاءة إدارة المشروع وتكامل التنسيق بين فرق التصميم والموقع، وقدرتها على تحقيق التقدّم بوتيرة تفوق الجدول الزمني دون الإخلال بمعايير التنفيذ.
تشهد أعمال الموقع حاليًا نشاطًا مكثّفًا يشمل أنظمة مكافحة الحريق، والهياكل المعدنية، وتقوية العناصر الإنشائية الأساسية، وأعمال الميكانيكا والكهرباء والسباكة للمرحلتين الأولى والثانية. هذا الزخم المتواصل يؤكد نهج إحتراف في الإدارة الدقيقة للمشاريع وسعيها الدائم لتسليم أعمالها بأعلى مستويات الكفاءة والجودة.
