السليمان الخيرية تمهّد طريق المستقبل: 2500 طالب وطالبة يشاركون في مبادرة “صنّاعيو المستقبل”
في إنجاز جديد يعكس التزامنا العميق بدورنا المجتمعي ومسؤوليتنا تجاه تمكين الأجيال القادمة، استقبلت مؤسسة السليمان الخيرية، بالتعاون مع شركة فلو للخدمات اللوجستية إحدى شركات مجموعة السليمان وبالشراكة مع وزارة الصناعة والثروة المعدنية، أكثر من 2500طالب وطالبة ضمن مبادرة #صنّاعيو_المستقبل.
الاستثمار في الإنسان لصناعة الغد
تأتي هذه المبادرة في صميم رسالة «السليمان الخيرية» الهادفة إلى تمكين الشباب والشابات السعوديين بالمعرفة والمهارات التي تؤهلهم لقيادة مستقبل القطاعات الحيوية في المملكة. فقد أُتيحت للمشاركين فرصة الاطلاع عن قرب على عالم الخدمات اللوجستية، والتعرّف على أحدث التقنيات والعمليات التي تدعم سلاسل الإمداد وتساهم في نمو الاقتصاد الوطني.
شراكات تصنع الأثر
جاءت هذه الخطوة ثمرة تعاون مثمر مع وزارة الصناعة والثروة المعدنية، لترسيخ دور القطاع غير الربحي كشريك فاعل في دعم أهداف رؤية السعودية 2030، خصوصًا فيما يتعلق بتعزيز التوطين وتنمية الكفاءات الوطنية وخلق الفرص الواعدة في سوق العمل. وقد شكّلت التجربة للطلاب والطالبات نافذة عملية لفهم آليات هذا القطاع المتسارع النمو، وبداية لمسارات مهنية مستقبلية تسهم في تحقيق طموحاتهم وطموح وطنهم.
