تقرير | تواجدنا في معارض التوظيف: حوارات تُبنى عليها بدايات
في مجموعة السليمان، نؤمن أن بناء المستقبل يبدأ بحوار بسيط؛ فرصة حقيقية؛ وإيمان بقدرات الشباب.
خلال شهر أبريل، شاركنا في اثنين من أبرز معارض التوظيف الجامعية في جدة، التقينا من خلالها بكفاءات واعدة، وفتحنا لهم نوافذ للتعرّف على عالمنا المهني، وكيف نصنع فرصًا قائمة على النمو والمعنى.
جامعة الأعمال والتكنولوجيا | ٢٨ – ٢٩ أبريل
في نهاية الشهر، شاركنا في معرض المهنة بجامعة الأعمال والتكنولوجيا، والتقينا بمجموعة من الشباب والشابات المميزين ممن يطمحون لانطلاقة مهنية تحدث فرقًا.
كان تواجدنا منصّة للحوار؛ استعرضنا فيها قصصنا، وشركاتنا، والمسارات المتنوعة المتاحة ضمن المجموعة. لكن الأهم من ذلك، كان الإصغاء؛ الاستماع لتطلعاتهم، وللأسئلة التي تعكس شغفهم واستعدادهم للمرحلة القادمة.
جامعة عفت | ٩ – ١٠ أبريل
وسبقتها مشاركتنا في معرض التوظيف في جامعة عفت، حيث سعدنا بلقاء مجموعة من الطالبات المتحمسات لاستكشاف مستقبلهن المهني. وجودنا في هذه المنصة النسائية كان فرصة مهمة لتعريفهن على قطاعاتنا المتعددة؛ والفرص المتاحة لهن في بيئة تحفّز التعلّم، وتدعم التمكين.
تمكين حقيقي يبدأ من أرض الواقع
هذه المشاركات لم تكن مجرد ترويج لوظائف؛ بل كانت تعبيرًا عن التزامنا تجاه المجتمع، واستثمارنا في بناء علاقات قائمة على التوجيه، والثقة، وفتح الأبواب أمام الشباب السعودي ليكون جزءًا من رحلتنا.

Over the past few weeks, our teams participated in two key university career fairs in Jeddah, connecting with young talents and introducing them to the many opportunities across our Group.
UBT Career Fair | April 28–29
We kicked off our outreach at the University of Business & Technology Career Fair, where we had the pleasure of meeting ambitious students and fresh graduates eager to step into the professional world. Our booths were filled with conversations about purpose, growth, and real-world impact — a reflection of what we stand for as a Group.
Our representatives shared insights into the diverse sectors we operate in — from retail and logistics to real estate and digital — and encouraged students to see how their aspirations could align with our mission to create better everyday lives.
Effat University Career Fair | April 9–10
Earlier in the month, our team also took part in the Effat University Career Fair, engaging with young women ready to launch their careers. We introduced attendees to our subsidiaries, showcased our commitment to inclusion and empowerment, and offered clarity on how to grow within our dynamic ecosystem.
Across both fairs, one thing was clear: the enthusiasm of future talent is matched only by our responsibility to support it.
